Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours at which time you will receive a tracking number so you'll know exactly when your kit is arriving!

Then, it could take 7 - 15 business days for your package to be delivered to your doorstep. If there is anything wrong with your order, please always contact us first at support@fluffora.com and we will get back to you within 12 hours :)

All orders can be tracked on our website, using the tracking number received by email, once we dispatch your order.

If, for any reason, your order is delayed by more than 25 days from the day it was dispatched, you will get a 100% refund straight away and we'll deliver your order too.
